It's time to wake up
and smell the roses!

Can IRA funds be used to invest in more than stocks
and bonds and mutual funds?

YES!

Most everybody believes they can only use IRA money to
invest in stocks and bonds and mutual funds through the
stock market and CDs through their bank!

They are wrong!

You can invest IRA funds in all kinds of ways

here's just a few examples

accounts receivables
bonds
businesses
C corporations
car paper
commercial paper
deeds of trust
equipment leasing
factoring
foreign currencies
gold bullion
hedge funds
judgments
limited partnerships
LLCs
mobile homes
mortgages
mutual funds
oil and gas investments
private placements
promissory notes
savings certificates
stocks
structured settlements
tax liens
trust deeds
U.S. Treasury notes
+ PLUS +
apartments
condos
duplexes
office buildings
land
single family homes
triplexes
warehouses
fourplexes

(that's real estate, folks)

How come no one knows?

Maybe it's because IRA accounts invested in stocks, bonds and
mutual funds are lucrative for banks, mutual funds, insurance
companies and Wall Street brokers

Have you really noticed just how many NEW funds that
these fund managers keep coming out with? There's
THIS fund and THAT fund, and, oh, THAT fund over there....
THINK ABOUT IT!

These institutions will gladly act as your administrator or trustee
(the middlemen in all IRAs) and sell you their wares.......
but they won't act as your administrator if you want to buy real estate

WHY?

Maybe because what they're really interested in is
churning your investment eggs!

Get To Know The Rules

Federal tax laws allow your IRA to own just about
any kind of asset...including real estate.

NOW.........The Roth IRA
A Real Estate Investor's Dream Come True  +

And I challenge anyone who would attempt to deny that
the Roth IRA is probably the best retirement vehicles on this planet!

Profits earned under the Roth umbrella, including rents and all the
gain on any sale of property, can escape taxation

The main difference between the Roth IRA and the traditional IRA
is that contributions into a Roth IRA aren't excluded from income,
but the money earned in the accounts will never be taxed
if distributions are made properly

WHICH MAKES THE END RESULT MUCH MORE VALUABLE

Is that legal?

YES!

This is a question that is frequently asked by investors who have
never heard that they could invest in anything other than stocks
and bonds and mutual funds and CDs in their retirement accounts.
They have no idea that they can invest in so many ways. And
something that few people really realize............real estate has
been an allowed investment since the day IRAs were created
almost thirty years ago

Find out for yourself

On the Internal Revenue Service's website (www.irs.gov), you will find
a link for Publication 590. In that publication, you will see what investments
are not allowed (collectibles, life insurance, s-corporations stock).

Real estate is NOT mentioned as a disallowed
investment...NOR are stocks, bonds, mutual funds or CDs

After you have had an opportunity to investigate to your
likeness, I will be more than happy to explain just how you
might be able to begin capitalizing on what you might have
thought was impossible to attain
