As to methodology of purchase, I consider dealing directly with the owner of record, after-the-fact, to be the
safest and simplest way to purchase a sound REO investment portfolio.
As to standing on the court house steps once a week anticipating promising deals, I consider that to be a sure-fire
waste of time and energy regardless of what all the e-grams and infomercials attempt to lead you to believe.
For a synopsis of my investment philosophy, I will be more than happy to meet with you, your accountant or your attorney, or all
three of you, in person, at your convenience. But one thing I will not do is to have a dissertation over the telephone.
